Upon his family’s move to the U.S., Anthony joined the Hospitality Management program at NYC College of Technology, focusing on classical culinary techniques and advanced pastry arts, particularly confectionary arts and cake decoration.

Global Culinary Apprenticeship

Anthony’s culinary journey took him to France through City Tech’s Work-Study Program, where he apprenticed under the renowned chef Andre Daguin at Hotel de France. This pivotal experience with Gascon cuisine was a significant step in shaping his future in the culinary world.
